Payments are processed by Stripe, not by us
Card details are entered into a payment form hosted and encrypted by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your full card number never touches our servers and we never store it. We receive only the confirmation of payment, the last four digits, and the card brand.
Every page on this site, including checkout, is served over TLS (HTTPS). If your browser ever shows a warning on our checkout, stop and email us before entering anything.
What we store, and why
We do not sell your data, we do not rent our customer list, and we do not use your details for anything beyond fulfilling and supporting your order and the marketing emails you opt into.
- Your name, shipping address, email and phone — needed to ship the product and email your confirmation.
- Your order contents, amount and payment status — needed for fulfillment, refunds and accounting.
- A payment reference from Stripe — needed to match a refund request to a charge.

- Our support team, to answer your emails and process refunds.
- Our fulfillment partner, limited to the shipping details needed to deliver your package.
- Stripe, as the payment processor of record.
How to request a copy or deletion of your data
Email support@getparatoxil.com from the address you used at checkout and tell us whether you want a copy of your data or its deletion. We action requests within 30 days. Note that we may need to retain basic transaction records where required for tax and accounting purposes.
Reporting a security concern
If you believe you have found a vulnerability or a suspicious page impersonating this store, email support@getparatoxil.com with the details. We investigate every report. Paratoxil is sold here as a one-time purchase — if you ever see a page claiming to be us and offering a subscription or trial billing, it is not us.
